The Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Lake’s Crossing Center, in Sparks, Nevada is recruiting for a Licensed Psychologist I. The role provides psychological testing, evaluation, counseling and expert testimony in inpatient and outpatient settings, with duties including competency evaluations and court documentation.

Licensed Psychologists work with independence under Nevada Board requirements and must be certified to perform competency evaluations.

Competenze

One year of post-doctoral experience providing psychological services in inpatient, outpatient or residential settings.
Licensed Psychologist in the State of Nevada required or to be obtained per state rules.
Ability to conduct psychological testing and interpret results as part of competency evaluations.

Mansioni

Administer and interpret a wide range of psychological tests; write comprehensive reports for court.
Provide crisis intervention and treatment planning; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy and counseling in various settings.
Provide expert testimony and coordinate services across inpatient, outpatient, and detention settings.
