Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology (PsyD or Ph.D.) and licensure to practice in Washington.
• Strong clinical skills in interviewing, diagnostic clarification and report writing.
• Experience in conducting competency to stand trial evaluations.
• Knowledge of psychometric testing, feigning and risk assessment measures.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based evaluations and provide expert testimony.
• Ability to establish collegial relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Complete forensic evaluations focused on competency to stand trial and related mental state assessments.
• Collaborate with forensic evaluators across Washington state.
• Prepare for and provide expert witness testimony as requested or subpoenaed.
• Submit forensic evaluation reports with analysis and psycho-legal opinions.
