Aufgaben

• Respond to locations across the city to recover video evidence from crime scenes and canvass neighborhoods for recordings.
• Collect and preserve video evidence from DVRs, internet and cloud sources, and social media; collect DVR equipment for processing.
• Capture photographs and video files from cellular devices.
• Maintain, process and export video data for investigators, DA offices, defense attorneys, and authorized personnel.
• Upload and convert digital files to AXON; manage dissemination and storage.
• Migrate historical digital files from DIMS to AXON; ensure accessibility for future use.
• Testify in court regarding evidence handling and technical expertise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases; use software like Photoshop, RegJIN, DIMS, SharePoint, Video Focus Pro, Total Recorder, Magnet Witness.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of evidentiary materials.
