Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Supervisor I/II to lead multidisciplinary teams within the FPATH and FHARPS programs. You will provide supervision, training, and clinical oversight, ensuring services are delivered with trauma-informed, client-centered care across community settings.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a behavioral field, two years post-master’s experience, and an active DOH credential (LAAC/LMHCA/LICSW/LMFTA).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral health field.
• Two years post-master’s professional experience in clinical work and coordination of treatment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide and role model effective leadership that engages, motivates and supports assigned staff.
• Provide weekly supervision to assigned staff in a manner that promotes a positive environment for members and staff.
• Oversee implementation and adherence to FBH policies, monitoring for compliance and addressing non‑compliance as needed.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure productivity, training, documentation and time keeping.
