Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing to support nursing education programs.

You will plan, develop, implement, and monitor continuing education activities, coordinate speakers, and ensure learner registrations and meeting minutes are accurately kept. This full-time role requires strong multitasking and communication skills in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Four years of related experience required.
• Unencumbered Texas RN license or eligible for Texas licensure.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuing education activities and speaker packets.
• Coordinate scheduling of presenters.
• Manage day-to-day forensic nursing education activities.
• Manage learner course registrations.
• Coordinate scheduling and facilitation of team meetings.
• Document meetings via minutes accurately.
• Organize in-person and online healthcare trainings across the state.
• Assist as needed with facilitating trainings onsite or online.
• Oversee CE approval processes for nursing education.
• Develop and disseminate meeting minutes.
• Coordinate training with stakeholders and provide updates.
