Job summary

LADGOV CORPORATION seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide evidence-based counseling for adults under community supervision. You will run group sessions, conduct individual counseling, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation to support rehabilitation and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license.
• Minimum of three years of licensed clinical experience.
• Experience with adults in forensic settings and preparing clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group counseling sessions and provide individual counseling.
• Develop treatment plans using evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Document counseling sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
• Prepare progress reports and discharge summaries.
• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Respond to participant behavioral or mental health concerns.
• Maintain confidential treatment records and client information.
• Coordinate with supervision officers and behavioral-health personnel.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and professional standards.
