Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Specimen Processing - Forensic Processing Technician to support our client’s healthcare team in Lenexa, KS. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm CST. Pay: $20/hr.

Contract: 3 months with extension. You will handle routine daily sample processing in the Forensic Toxicology Processing Department and manage specimen receipt, sorting, and data entry. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory environment preferred.
• Attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine daily sample processing in the Forensic Toxicology Processing Department.
• Receive and sort specimens by source (hair, oral fluid, urine, etc.).
• Enter data into the LIMS system and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to strict forensic practices and safety policies.
• Process urine specimens for regulated and non-regulated testing as needed.
• Scan/imaging of custody and control forms and manage documentation.
