Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (or related field) from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of supervised postdoctoral experience in clinical or forensic psychology.
• Strong skills in psychological testing, evaluations, and written/oral communication.
• Preferred: Experience in correctional settings or forensic evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological interviews and evaluations for juvenile and adult defendants
• Assess candidates applying to Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department positions
• Provide supervision to practicum students
• Prepare psychological profiles and testify in court as needed
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
