Job summary

UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a New Equipment Trainer (NET) / Developer to support forensic exploitation laboratory kits and digital evidence processing systems. The role provides onsite training to Marine Corps Identity Operations Program personnel, with travel to fielding events, exercises, and test sites.

The ideal candidate has extensive technical instruction experience, a strong background in digital forensics, and a willingness to travel up to 50% (OCONUS possible).

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional training experience in developing and delivering technical training.
• Direct experience with IdOps or forensic exploitation laboratory kits and digital evidence processing systems.
• Marine Corps/Navy experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including OCONUS assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on Program of Record systems during fielding events and onsite technical support.
• Deliver Forensics SME guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair as needed.
• Develop NET content with systems engineers, testers and technical writers.
• Plan, develop and deliver formal and informal training for end users.
• Create, maintain and update job aids for Program of Record capabilities.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and engineers to resolve issues and improve readiness.
• Travel up to 50% including CONUS/OCONUS to support fielding and exercises.
• Research and leverage government virtual training initiatives where cost savings apply.
