Paragon Structural Engineering, LTD. is seeking a Forensic Engineering Manager to lead and grow the forensic engineering team, manage staffing and workflows, and maintain high-quality investigations.

The role emphasizes mentoring, resource planning, client relations, and operational excellence in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional engineer with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, capable of guiding engineers and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required or preferred.
• Professional licensure in engineering or architecture is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive personnel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a growing team of forensic engineers.
• Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and day-to-day engineering resources.
• Conduct performance evaluations and career development planning.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Develop trusted client relationships and participate in complex discussions.
• Represent the firm with professionalism and sound engineering judgment.
