Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Senior Claims Investigation and Evidence Review Expert on a contract basis in a remote capacity. The role offers hourly compensation of CAD 20–60 and requires 10–40 hours per week, with a focus on thorough analysis of digital evidence and fraud patterns.

You will reconstruct incidents from multimedia materials, prepare formal assessments for SIU investigators or forensic engineers, and collaborate remotely to enhance AI datasets and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in special investigations.
• Ability to assess claim evidence for legitimacy and causation.
• Strong analytical abilities for fraud detection.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience drafting reports for legal or insurance purposes.
• Familiarity with modern digital evidence types, including video.
• Prior remote consulting experience is a plus.
