Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Phoenix seeks a Manager, Disputes and Investigations to lead complex fraud investigations and forensic analyses for clients across industries. You will supervise junior staff, help draft reports, and present findings to counsel and stakeholders, delivering data-driven insights on accounting and financial matters in disputes.

CPA required or in progress; 4–7 years in forensic/disputes; office-based with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
CPA designation required, working towards or completion of CFE or CFF.
4-7 years of experience in forensic and disputes consulting or auditing.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Assisting with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in investigations or disputes.
Contributing to updating complex financial models and analyses.
Documenting analyses assumptions, methodologies, and sources.
Assisting with drafting reports and client deliverables.
Performing quality control review of reports and deliverables.
Supervise and direct junior team members and review work.
Researching technical and industry-specific issues.
Developing solutions to complex problems and balancing multiple projects.
Communicating proactively and presenting findings to engagement teams.
