Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Two years of experience applying behavior modification principles.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of the facility during the shift.
• Direct the care of vulnerable individuals with disabilities.
• Evaluate behavior and provide feedback to treatment teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols.
• Complete employee evaluations and support staff development.
