Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio Inc. is seeking a Forensic Counselor in Findlay, OH. This full-time role pays $46,000–$52,000 annually and requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or a Master's in Counseling with LSW/LPC or higher and relevant education emphasis.

You will work with probation clients, complete diagnostic assessments, and submit monthly reports. The role includes ongoing education, cross-training to court systems, and use of MS Office, HRIS, and EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Master's in Counseling with LSW/LPC, educational emphasis in social work/SUD/psychology/criminal justice.

Responsabilités

• Assure case/progress notes are generated each time an offender participates in an individual or group intervention with the Forensic Team, and provide copies to the assigned supervising probation officer at Hancock County Adult Probation.
• Coordinate the submission of monthly reports that provide a summary of the offender’s participation in the specialized criminal justice program and any other treatment services.
• Engage in 24 hours of continuing education annually in Changing Offender Behavior and participate in cross-training to Common Pleas and Municipal Court Systems.
