Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident care including activities of daily living, mobility, and nutrition.
• Observe, identify, and report resident concerns to the shift supervisor.
• Document information factually within facility policy timeframes.
• Provide safe and supportive observation and monitor assigned residents.
• Complete assignments timely, completely, accurately and in a cooperative manner.
• Provide the necessary assistance with daily living activities: oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, hair and nail care, shaving, toileting, eating and mobility.
• Assist with monitoring and accountability of residents to enable medical personnel to accomplish health related tasks.
• Display professionalism including punctuality, accurate timesheets, and professional appearance per facility policy.
