Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with related chemistry laboratory coursework and experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor quantity used, compile orders, obtain quotations, and maintain logs for calibration and repairs of Laboratory equipment.
• Prepare chemical reagents/buffers and QC test samples and maintain logs for reference.
• Inventory and handle sexual assault kits prior to analysis by a section forensic scientist.
• Coordinate with Evidence Control Unit to transfer and return evidence during analysis.
