Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of experience providing instructional support services for a related unit or discipline.
• OR Equivalent to two years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies, or equipment.
• OR Equivalent to four years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies or equipment and in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts, chain of custody, and curation of human remains in active cases for law enforcement and related agencies.
• Ensure confidentiality and security for each case and enforce lab security measures.
• Manage and store Level 1 data; provide support for teaching labs and research projects in anthropology.
• Oversee procurement of supplies/equipment and supervise up to a dozen internships yearly.
• Coordinate forensic casework liaison with law enforcement and manage 24/7 lab operations.
