Foreman – Telecom Underground

At North Sky Communications, LLC, as a Foreman on the Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience (or a combination)
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level
• Operate vehicle and heavy machinery; lift >55 pounds; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs
• Use ladder and other tools occasionally

The wage range for Foreman Telecom Underground is $28.00 - $40.00.
