Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC. is seeking a Foreman to lead telecom underground crews, ensuring project timelines and safety protocols are met. The role involves coordinating training, reviewing blueprints, and maintaining OSHA/DOT compliance on diverse sites.

You will work on site, manage day-to-day activities with supervision, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. Prior Foreman experience is preferred; related work history is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have safe work practices and OSHA/DOT awareness.
• 3+ years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding crews.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and diverse sites.

At Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
