At Lambert's Cable, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground Drill team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone follows safety protocols and project timelines.

What you’ll do as a Foreman

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training crew members
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed
• Support the Supervisor with daily activities
• Communicate with property owners and resolve issues
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED, relevant experience, or a combination
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote/confined spaces, operate vehicles and machinery, perform physical tasks including lifting over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladders, keyboards, and mice
