W3Global in Southern California is seeking a Fuel System Installation & Removal Foreman to lead UST/AST crews. If you hold ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification and want ownership of on-site work, this long-term opportunity offers steady backlog and advancement.

You will supervise field operations, including sequencing, materials, equipment, and safety, while coordinating with inspectors, customers, and the office.

Fuel System Installation & Removal Foreman - UST/AST

We're hiring a Foreman/Supervisor to lead one of our installation and removal crews. If you hold your ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification and would rather run the job than wait for direction, this is a long-term opportunity with real ownership.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew of skilled tradespeople on UST and AST installation, retrofit, and removal projects.
• Manage field operations, including work sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production.
• Perform and oversee the full scope of fuel system work, including plumbing, electrical, excavation and grading, and light concrete.
• Ensure work complies with fire codes, manufacturer specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Communicate directly with the office, inspectors, general contractors, and clients.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and on schedule.

What You Bring

• ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification (required), along with manufacturer certifications or a willingness to obtain them.
• Hands-on experience with UST/AST removal and installation.
• Proven ability to lead a crew and hold team members accountable to established standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for the company service truck).
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town projects throughout California.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current residence in Southern California or willingness to relocate. Relocation assistance may be available.
