Job summary

Tank Specialists of California in Temecula, CA is hiring a Foreman/Supervisor to lead UST installation and removal crews. You will manage field operations, sequencing, manpower, materials, and safety, ensuring work complies with fire codes and inspections.

ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification is required; willingness to travel to Southern California projects; we offer take-home truck, paid training, medical coverage, and a clear path from the field to long-term leadership.

Qualifications

• ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification is required.
• Hands-on UST/AST removal and installation experience.
• Ability to lead a crew and maintain safety and schedules.
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town projects within California.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of skilled tradespeople on UST and AST installation, retrofit, and removal projects.
• Run the job in the field: sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production.
• Perform and oversee the full scope of fuel system work — plumbing, electrical, excavation and grading, and light concrete.
• Keep work compliant with fire code, manufacturer specs, and inspection requirements.
• Communicate directly with our office, inspectors, general contractors, and clients.
• Keep the job safe, clean, and on schedule.
