Job summary

Kids for the Future in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled Foreman Stone Refinisher to lead surface restoration projects. The role focuses on buffing, polishing, sealing and finishing stone surfaces, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will supervise work crews, follow work orders, operate solvents and power tools, and adhere to OSHA protocols. Evening shifts (roughly 4–5pm to 2–3am) with occasional travel and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift up to 60 lbs unassisted.
• Polishing, honing, sealing and repair skills of stone, marble and granite.

Responsibilities

• Follow work order instructions to meet quality standards and timelines.

Foreman Stone Refinisher Location: $26 - $30 DOE

Full-Time Position

Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher, you’ll use your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, filling, grinding , honing , polishing and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for following work order instructions to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards and in a timely manner
• Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools
• Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles
• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules
• Work nights (generally 4/5pm – 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends
• Occasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)

• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
