Job Summary:

Plans and assigns daily and weekly work activities for renewable energy crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages manpower, equipment, and materials to support project progress.
  • Verifies system installations meet specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Conducts site safety meetings and enforces DPR's safe work culture.
  • Trains, mentors, and evaluates Crew Leads and Technicians.
  • Collaborates with project superintendents and engineers to resolve field challenges.
  • Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.
