Job summary

ATS Welding is seeking a skilled Foreman for the oil and gas sector to lead onsite crews, enforce safety practices, and drive project success. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate with clients and vendors, and maintain project schedules and budgets.

The role requires a strong leader with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, able to work with multiple trades on site. A pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews

• Ability to communicate with clients and vendors

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing crew on assigned project.
• Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring all employees follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders onsite to ensure project goals are met as it relates to your scope of influence.
• Following safety protocols and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any inspections conducted.
• Working closely with other trades and team members to ensure coordinated efforts on the job site.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.
