Job summary

HM Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Foreman Pipefitter to lead and supervise our pipefitting team in Youngsville, SC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipefitting, excellent leadership and safety focus, and the ability to read blueprints, interpret piping diagrams, and plan project work.

You will supervise crews on multiple projects, train apprentices, inspect worksites for hazards, and maintain progress records while upholding industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipefitting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, installation techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including high altitudes and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
