Job Details

Title: Foreman - Pipefitter

Reports to: Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Pipefitters to deliver quality work and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to understand project goals and company objectives.
• Develop solutions to prevent issues and oversee project surveys and takeoffs.
• Coordinate on-site activities including scheduling, material control, and safety compliance.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and document incidents.
• Prepare weekly reports on safety, progress, and project specifics.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate start-ups with contractors and clients.
• Schedule production and deliveries with the shop.
• Require 4+ years of experience; journeyman status or ability to obtain license.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Maintain high safety standards and team efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Experience with government facilities is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in demanding environments including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
