Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedules and plan work activities.

You will coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as planned. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication, the ability to follow company policies, and act as a positive role model, supporting Michels' safety-first culture and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
• A valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement
• Ability to travel
