Renu Energy Solutions in the Carolinas is seeking an Electrical Technician to support residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage installations. This field-based role works with an experienced team to ensure safe, high-quality work that meets company standards and electrical codes.

You'll receive classroom and hands-on training during the first 30 days, with tools and safety equipment provided. Some local travel between job sites is required as you grow your electrical career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
• General knowledge of electrical work and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
• Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

We're looking for an Electrical Technician to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you'll assist with the installation of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems while working alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet company standards and electrical codes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Electrical Work: Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Quality & Safety: Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Team Support: Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.

Preferred / Helpful

• 1+ year of electrical experience
• 1+ year of solar electrical experience
• Experience with residential or commercial electrical installations
• Interest in building a career in the renewable energy industry
