Job summary

Moncrief Construction in Park City, UT is seeking a Construction Foreman to join our high-end residential team. This hands-on leadership role offers growth toward a Superintendent by taking on increasing responsibility in the field and coordinating across multiple sites.

You will support Superintendents, perform and supervise on-site work, read construction plans, manage materials and crews, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction experience.
• Experience with high-end residential homes or remodels.
• Ability to read construction plans and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Support superintendents with day-to-day jobsite operations.
• Perform and oversee hands-on construction work as needed.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Read plans and ensure work meets quality expectations.
• Shift between projects to support the team.
