Job summary

Moncrief Construction in Park City, UT is seeking a Construction Foreman to join our high-end residential team. This hands-on leadership role offers growth toward a Superintendent by taking on increasing responsibility in the field and coordinating across multiple sites.

You will support Superintendents, perform and supervise on-site work, read construction plans, manage materials and crews, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The Role

What You'll Do

As a Construction Foreman, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful execution of our projects.

Because you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple job sites, this role offers exposure to different phases of high-end residential construction and the chance to learn directly from experienced project leaders.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Support Superintendents with day-to-day jobsite operations
• Perform and oversee hands-on construction work as needed
• Help coordinate daily activities, materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
• Assist with jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Read and understand construction plans and project details
• Help ensure work is completed according to quality expectations
• Identify potential issues and communicate them to the Superintendent
• Assist with project scheduling, sequencing, and preparation for upcoming work
• Move between projects as needed to support the construction team
• Help maintain productive relationships with subcontractors and trade partners
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone dependable, capable, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in construction leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential construction experience
• Hands-on experience with residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related trades
• Experience with custom homes or high-end residential construction is preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Strong understanding of basic construction methods and jobsite safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel between local jobsites as needed
• Ability to take direction while also working independently
• A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually take on greater responsibility.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on construction position. The role requires the ability to safely perform essential job functions, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying materials or equipment, and safely using or working around power tools, construction equipment, and heavy equipment.
