Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with residential construction, remodeling, carpentry.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Willingness to travel between local jobsites.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Superintendents with day-to-day jobsite operations.
• Perform and oversee hands-on construction work as needed.
• Coordinate daily activities, materials, deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Assist with project scheduling and sequencing.
• Move between projects to support the team.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.
