Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to lead plumbing crews on commercial and industrial projects across North Texas. This hands-on role emphasizes mentoring, coordinating field operations, and delivering high-quality installations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must hold a Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license and have 5+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience; foreman/lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
• 5+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience.
• 1–3 years in foreman/lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
