Job summary

LRE Foundation Repair in Largo, FL is hiring for its Fast Track to Foreman program. This 5–6 week hands-on training path develops new leaders for the Production department and positions you to lead field crews.

You will install foundation products on customer sites, ensure quality and safety, keep work sites clean, and manage daily paperwork. The program combines training with practical leadership to deliver remarkable customer experiences.

LRE is hiring for our Fast Track to Foreman program. This 5 to 6-week program is designed to train new leaders for our Production department. Once completed, you will be able to lead a team of professionals that go to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products, while providing customers with remarkable experiences. But that’s not all! You’ll also be impacting homeowners' lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. This is a hands-on foreman role.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving recordrequired
