Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists is hiring a field technician to crawl, dig, and install crawl space and foundation repair systems beneath homes. You’ll work on travel to job sites, operate construction equipment, and contribute to visible, lasting improvements for homeowners.

This role is physically demanding, with paid training at $18/hour and a clear path to earn between $45,000 and $65,000+ annually through performance and site work. Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits.

Physical Demands

This is real construction work.

You’ll regularly:

• Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces
• Lift and carry construction materials and equipment
• Dig, shovel, and haul dirt and debris
• Work in tight spaces beneath homes

Perform physically demanding labor in hot, humid, dusty, and muddy conditions

Stay active and on your feet throughout the workday

At the end of the day, you’ll be able to look at the finished project and say: "I helped create that."

Expected Travel: This position requires travel to job sites throughout the state and surrounding areas. Team members should be comfortable with daily travel and overnight stays.
