• Develop weekly, monthly, and annual work schedules with the supervisor.
• Develop emergency action plans to minimize power outages due to equipment failures or maintenance.
• Assist with annual cost and budget forecasts for equipment repairs, additions, replacements, and upgrades.
• Develop job hazard analyses and identify hazards plus mitigation processes.
• Conduct on-site tailgate meetings and weekly safety meetings.
• Inspect work site and monitor progress for unsafe conditions and environmental compliance.
• Identify, secure, and coordinate material, personnel, and equipment for timely task performance.
