Job summary

Williams & Bay Construction in Michigan is seeking a full-time on-site Foreman near Traverse City (Maple City) to oversee daily operations, manage a crew, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will supervise crew members, operate and maintain heavy equipment, coordinate with other trades, and handle site maintenance while enforcing safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and effective communication abilities.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience with foundations, water main, sewer, storm, septic and grading.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on challenging terrains.
• Experience in excavation or construction industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are beneficial.
