Upgrade Resources is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Garland, TX for a full-time, on-site role. The position leads a crew of 4–6 on electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings, reading drawings, planning work, and ensuring code compliance.

The role emphasizes safety, timely delivery, and coordination with project managers. A Texas Journeyman license and strong leadership are required, with 8–10 hour days and overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Texas Journeyman Electrical license.
• Experience leading a crew on commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a crew of 4–6 on commercial/industrial installations.
• Plan daily work and organize the crew and site.
• Read blueprints and install as specified.
• Connect wiring and equipment to code and manufacturer specs.
• Verify dimensions and alignments before and during installation.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and housekeeping on site.
