IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Chester, Virginia.

The role supervises craft workers, reads blueprints, and ensures safety and quality across projects. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience, with a state electrical license preferred and OSHA 30 or ability to obtain it. Travel may be required; background and MVR checks apply.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
• Minimum 6‑10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
