Job summary

MABBCO, a long-standing automotive engine remanufacturer, seeks a veteran operations leader to supervise a large engine assembly and machining operation. The candidate will direct shop personnel, coordinate parts ordering, and anticipate issues in production.

Must have extensive machine shop experience, with at least 10 years in the field, and proven ability to manage a busy, multi-machine environment. Competitive pay based on experience, located in Tyler, Texas area.

Candidate must have extensive machine shop experience and have the ability to assist and direct employees in the operaton of most machines found within an automotivce machine shop. The ideal candidate would have familarity with ordering engine parts and organizing engine parts for production. Candidates should be able to anticipate problems that might arise during the engine assembly and machining process and have exceptional problem solving skills. Candidates should enjoy the challenge of running and coordinating a large operation and have the ability to bring out the best in the people around him.
