Crankshaft Grinder: This position is very detail-oriented. Crankshaft grinders are responsible for inspecting crankshafts for wear, straightness, and damage prior to machining. Crankshaft grinders must be process oriented, have basic math skills, and be able to read a micrometer. Crankshaft grinders are responsible for grinding the rod journals and main journals of the crankshaft.

Prior experience as a machinist is required for this position.
