Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking a Foreman for its PCI Austin 549 operations with projects in San Antonio, TX. The role oversees crew safety, productivity and work quality while coordinating with superintendents and project managers to ensure smooth startup, execution and closeout.

The position requires 5+ years in a Foreman/Supervisor role, strong problem-solving and reading of shop drawings, and the ability to lead a 20+ person crew on site. Local travel to Austin or San Antonio is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in reading cold formed metal framing shop drawings.
• Managed a crew size of 20+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of wall framing limiting heights and UL assemblies.
• Proficient in quality control.
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation.
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently.
• Perform all job duties in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is safety-sensitive.

Hourly range:

$30 - $34 an hour.
