Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or general construction.
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.
