Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Foreman to lead yard operations and train shop personnel. You will support the Operation Supervisor to ensure product, operations, delivery, and installation meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel and equipment, teaching safe operation, ensuring quality, and managing schedules and supplies while maintaining a safe, orderly workplace. A strong safety focus and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months working in a safety and industrial environment.
• Minimum three years related work experience.

• Assists Supervisor in maintaining equipment, scheduling personnel and maintaining consumables stock.
• Maintains and promotes a maximum quantity consistent with high quality of all work performed in department.
• Maintains a safety, neat and orderly working environment.
• Follows company safety rules and wears personal protective gear at all times.

Summary:
