Beaver Excavating Company is seeking experienced Foremen to organize and direct work at construction job sites in Indiana and Ohio. This position requires ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining work quality to meet client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 5-8 years of relevant construction experience, and leadership abilities to effectively manage on-site crews and subcontractors.
Daily travel is a requirement, with additional training such as OSHA certification being a plus.
Foremen are responsible for organizing and directing on‑site crew work. This position ensures the crews are in compliance with the company’s safety program and ensures that the work performed meets or exceeds the quality requirements of the client.
This position works at various construction job site locations in OH and IN. Both daily and overnight travel is required.
