GT Plumbing, Heating and Cooling LLC in East Norwalk, CT, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site crews and keep projects running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coordinate daily work, materials, and manpower.

You will read and interpret plumbing plans, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience including new construction and renovations.
• Experience leading a plumbing crew or foreman role.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installation methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency in verbal and written form.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Plumbing license preferred.
