Job summary

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC ("KTECH"), an EMCOR Company, seeks an experienced Foreman in the Monroe, OH/Cincinnati, OH area to lead structured cabling projects. This role pays up to $37.25 per hour and includes health insurance, pension, a company vehicle and gas card, a company cell phone and email, and 1 week of paid vacation annually, plus yearly bonus where applicable.

Overtime when available, with safety and quality on all field assignments.

Qualifications

  • BICSI Tech Certified required.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, implement, and install assigned structured cabling projects.
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers, Owners, and customers on site.
  • Adhere to specifications and issue change orders as needed.
  • Schedule and supervise field labor to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain company assets and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Supervise and develop field personnel for future roles.

Summary

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC (“KTECH”) is seeking an experienced Foreman in Monroe, OH/Cincinnati, OH area.

This position pays up to $37.25 / hr. and includes paid health insurance (at no cost to you) and paid pension and annuity. Also includes company vehicle and gas card, company cell phone and email, 1-week paid vacation each year, yearly bonus (based on performance and overall company profitability). Overtime when available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the Managing, Implementation, and Installation of Assigned Structured Cabling Projects or any Other Assignments from Operations Managers.
  • During the installation process interface with Construction Managers, Owners, and Direct Customers as needed.
  • Adhere to Job Specifications as Submitted or Issue Proper Change Orders if Necessary.
  • Work with field supervision and Operations Managers to determine material release for jobs in process so as not to create overages or shortages that affect the project.
  • Develop and Implement Timelines and Milestones to Track Actual versus Estimated Hours and Materials Used in Their Projects.
  • Document and Track All Change Orders on Individual Projects Until Closed.
  • Must Be Able to Schedule, Direct, Supervise, Interface, Communicate, with Direct Labor Force.
  • Make Sure All Company Assets under Your Control and Possession are properly and timely Maintained and Used in the Manner Intended. Example: Vehicles, Test Gear, Tools, Computers.
  • Manage Labor by Tasks, Duration and Efficiency as Outlined on the Project Labor Forecast Sheet.
  • Supervise, Support, Train Develop Field Personnel for Future Advancement within the company.
  • Adhere to and help enforce the Company Policies (Dress code, cell phone, safety, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be BICSI Tech Certified
  • OHSA 30
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Capable of logically and systematically troubleshooting issues.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess great organizational skills.
  • Must have strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work well with others.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
