Job summary

Team Fishel in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Foreman for our Telecommunication projects. The Foreman will manage job sites, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate crews and equipment.

You will review plans, set daily goals, and communicate with customers while maintaining productivity. 2-4 years underground construction experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License / Class A CDL is a plus.
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired.
• Basic knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience.
• 2-4 years experience in underground construction.
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers.
• Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired.
• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus.

The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications
