Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Foremen for telecommunication projects in our Chandler, AZ location. Foreman will manage site operations, ensure safety, and uphold quality and productivity on the crew.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, leading daily/weekly goals, equipment management, customer communication, progress monitoring, and maintaining a safe jobsite. A strong safety culture and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License / Class A CDL is a plus.
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired.
• Basic Knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience.
• 2-4 years experience in underground construction.
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers.
• Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired.
• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus.
