The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years in outdoor construction with CIPP in water/sewer, and a valid Class A/B CDL. Travel weekly and wear respirators as needed; starting pay is $46.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience in outdoor construction and Cured in Place Pipe in water/sewer required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; Class A or B CDL required.
• Must wear a respirator and body harness in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use various tools.
• Must be able to travel weekly (out of state possible).

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products.
• Schedule, coordinate, and advise crew activities at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Manage equipment for project success and maintenance.
• Provide leadership and supervision at project sites and enforce policies.
• Inspect work for quality and to specs.
• Perform general construction activities when needed.
• Analyze and resolve work problems with crew.
• Prepare and submit reports on production, safety, time and more.

We are currently hiring a Foreman with CIPP industry experience to join our team in Anoka, MN. As a Foreman, you will lead a crew in installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects.

The starting pay is $46.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Front-line lead employee responsible for performing, as well as leading, training and directing the activities of a crew in the installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products
• Schedule, coordinate, and advise the activities of assigned crew a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
• Effectively manage and maintain the equipment for successful completion of each project
• Provide leadership and supervision at project site and enforce policies and working rules
• Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance
• Perform general construction activities, when applicable
• Analyze and resolve work problems or lead crew members in discovering the resolutions
• Prepare and submit for review production, safety, time, and other reports, as necessary

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years previous technician and/or Foreman experience in an outdoor construction environment and Cured in Place Pipe experience in the water and sewer field, required
• Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
• Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
